ESD'S 2023 FALL NYC TRIP

ESD's 2023 NYC's trip focused on professional development, site tours of hotels and city clubs, along with the International Travel of Future convention for the future of travel. Students who attended had the opportunity to connect, bond, and experience a conference trip to NYC! We want to give a special thanks to our MSU Hospitality and Eta Sigma Delta alumni for the personal tour of the Marriott in NYC, along with our fellow Spartan mentor, for giving us a personalized tour of the Hilton hotel and sharing deeper insight on professional development, goals, and the work-life in the Hospitality industry. We hope everyone had an amazing time!

ESD X HLC ST. JUDE E-CARD MAKING PHILANTHROPYThe ESD x HLC St. Jude E-card making philanthropy event was in collaboration with Hospitality & Lodging Club, where students made E-cards for children at St. Jude Children's Hospital as a way to give back to our community. As we got to kick off the month of October with Halloweentown and donuts/cider, we hope everyone enjoyed their time creating cards for children at the hospital. We want to thank everyone who came out to help make this philanthropy event possible!

ELEF Fundrasing
In the month of April, Eta Sigma Delta was able to donate to the East Lansing Educational Foundation. We were honored to be able to give back to our community through our weekly fundraising events which included the bottle/can pick up, Venmo board, and sticker fundraiser. We thank everyone that donated and participated our fundraising events as we wouldn't have been able to do it without everyone!
ESD's HOSPITALITY WINTER FORMAL 2023ESD's Hospitality Winter Formal 2023 was held at the Graduate Hotel. With a night full of fun food, drinks, and people, we thank everyone for joining us and hope everyone also had an amazing night!

ESD x NENA CONFERENCE 2022
|
The ESD x NENA Conference was held in New Jersey during the fall of 2022. The applicants that were chosen to go on this professional development and networking conference had the opportunity to tour the MetLife Stadium, network with the inducted Eta Sigma Delta members in the country club aspect of Hospitality Business, and meet ESD students from other universities. Overall, the memories, experience, and fun made this trip an experience of a lifetime!

ESD HOLIDAY CARD MAKING
|
Eta Sigma Delta dedicated November's philanthropy to give back to our soldiers with our holiday card making event. With an episode of Friends, laughter, and creativity all combined, each student decorated and wrote cards to spread the holiday joy and show appreciation to our soldiers. We want to thank everyone that came out to our general meeting that evening to help give back!
